  • They are consistently on time for deliveries. I have never had a complaint about my service from Culligan. Even if I am not home, they know exactly where to put the product. Without fail it is put in the same spot every time.

  • The driver is always polite and clean, represents the company well and doesn't push any products or services on me. He doesn't take up too much time. He does his job and is on his way. The receipt tells me when he is going to deliver next, so I can put it on my calendar and if I need to change the date for some reason, the office personnel are very accomodating also. I can't think of anything that I would change. I would say keep up the good work.

  • I asked Bob to contact my wife to schedule water testing and a water softener check. Bob was prompt at contacting my wife and scheduling an appointment within a week. I had interest in purchasing a water treatment product, however after Bob tested my water he said that my Brita [filter] worked fine for my purposes. To my wife and I this demonstrated integrity as it would have been easy for Bob just to make a sale and recommend I purchase a triple osmosis device. After testing our softener, we found it was in need of repair. Bob laid out our options before us without any high-pressure to purchase a new unit. After, a little discussion with my wife we went with the new unit as well as salt delivery. I appreciated the honesty and integrity Bob demonstrated. I felt my family was a customer he cared about, not just a sale.
